Wine Paris 2026
This year's record-setting event demonstrated how the wine world is changing
Wine Paris 2026 confirmed its place as one of the world’s most influential wine and spirits gatherings, reflecting how the global drinks landscape is evolving—from premium wines and craft spirits to the rapid rise of no- and low-alcohol alternatives.
This year’s event brought together 63,541 wine and spirits professionals (up 21% from 2025) from 169 countries, with international attendance accounting for more than half (51%) of all visitors. Through its strengthened Academy program, the show delivered 239 educational sessions over three days. Participation included 6,537 exhibitors from 63 countries (a 20% increase from 2025), underscoring Wine Paris’s growing role as a global meeting point for what’s next in wine and drinking culture.
“Wine Paris 2026 reaffirms its central role for the global drinks industry. As both a marketplace, a platform for influence and a space for dialogue, the event has become a structuring meeting point to support the sector’s transformations and help shape its future,” said Nicolas Cuissard, Director of Wine Paris.
In a challenging economic environment marked by market unpredictability and trade tensions, Wine Paris has more than ever positioned itself as the place and the moment where global business opportunities converge.
Business momentum resulted in 25,958 pre-scheduled meetings arranged through the business matching platform – up 28% – and a 20% increase in the presence of top buyers. Over three days, 112,462 industry professionals crossed paths throughout the exhibition halls, reflecting the exceptional density of its ecosystem.
Wine Paris has also reached a new strategic milestone as an international forum for dialogue and reflection. The 2026 edition brought together more than 400 public sector representatives and, for the first time, was inaugurated by the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron.
Beyond the numbers, Wine Paris offered a window into shifting consumer preferences. Tastings, talks and masterclasses explored themes such as innovation, sustainability, brand strategies, emerging market dynamics, changing consumption habits, and emerging wine regions.
A newly expanded exhibitor area dedicated to spirits (Be Spirits) and and the successful launch of Be No (no-alcohol beverages) highlighted how producers are responding to modern lifestyles—whether through premium spirits, ready-to-drink cocktails, or sophisticated alcohol-free drinks designed for mindful consumption.
Wine Paris also served as a cultural crossroads, welcoming voices from across the wine world to discuss how tradition and innovation are shaping the future of drinking. From vineyard to bar, the event reflected a global industry adapting to new expectations while staying rooted in craftsmanship and quality.
Wine Paris will return February 15-17, 2027, to continue strengthening its international momentum and consolidating its role as a global reference platform, showcasing the trends, regions, and ideas shaping how the world drinks today.
