WineOS continues to position itself as more than a traditional wine fair, appealing to media, wine and hospitality professionals, and consumers alike. One of the best examples is the return of its eno-gastro quiz, once again hosted by Dean Kotiga. Following strong audience engagement last year, the quiz returns with expanded capacity and renewed energy.
Known for his quick wit and pace, Kotiga serves as both quiz author and host, guiding teams through a series of questions that explore wine, gastronomy, and culture. Rather than relying solely on memorization, the quiz rewards understanding, sensory awareness, and contextual thinking — values closely aligned with contemporary wine and culinary culture.
The event takes place on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 6:30 PM, as part of the opening day of WineOS by Graševina Croatica, held at the Gospodarski centar Osječko-baranjske županije. With participation expanded to 30 teams, the quiz reflects growing interest from both wine professionals and enthusiasts.
Teams of two to four participants may enter, with prizes awarded by WineOS partners and sponsors. Participation in the quiz is complimentary with the purchase of a daily fair ticket (€35), which also provides access to the full exhibition and tasting program.
