The 11th edition of WineOS — which will be held January 16-17, 2026 in Osijek, Croatia — once again confirms the status of this fair as one of the most important wine and gastronomy events in this part of Europe. Saturday’s program offers a masterclass dedicated to Riesling — one of the most complex and most appreciated white varieties in the world — and concludes with a side-by-side tasting of two iconic wine regions of Burgundy and Piedmont, which represent two different, but equally passionate, approaches to top-quality wine.
