WineOS by Graševina Croatica 2026
Online applications and accreditation open for trade visitors and journalists
The 11th edition of WineOS by Graševina Croatica, the largest regional trade fair dedicated to wine, fine foods, and lifestyle, will take place on January 16–17, 2026, in Osijek, Croatia.
WineOS continues to strengthen its role as a leading B2B platform for the regional wine, spirits, and gastronomy industries, attracting key decision-makers from production, distribution, and hospitality. The fair will serve as a central meeting point for professionals from the wine, hospitality, and distribution industries, as well as a must-attend event for specialized wine and gastronomy journalists from Croatia, Europe, and around the world.
Online accreditation for trade visitors and media representatives is now officially open.
Applications for Trade Visitors
Over the years, WineOS has grown into an essential business event on the region’s wine map. This year’s edition will once again bring together winemakers, distilleries, delicacy producers, and distributors with the HoReCa sector, hotels, restaurants, retailers, and other partners.
“For exhibitors, this is an opportunity to present new vintages, products, and trends, while trade visitors gain the chance to form new partnerships ahead of the tourism and gastronomy season. B2B meetings, professional events, and formal networking will be an important part of the official program,” said Tomislav Panenić, Director of Graševina Croatica.
Online Accreditation Also Available for Journalists
Few events in eastern Croatia attract as many specialized journalists as WineOS.
“Each year we record a growing number of accredited representatives from Croatian and international media outlets who consistently follow the wine, gastronomy, and tourism scene. Their articles, reports, interviews, and video features are crucial in spreading the unique story of quality, authenticity, and development of eastern Croatia as a wine and gastronomic destination,” said Vinko Ručević, Director of WineOS by Graševina Croatica.
This year’s edition, featuring numerous premieres and new releases, will offer an opportunity for an even stronger media impact. Journalists may apply online to cover the event, and organizers will provide all necessary information, press materials, and access to exhibitors.
WineOS 2026 will once again confirm why it is recognized as an event that shapes the market, sets trends, and brings together key stakeholders of the wine and gastronomy industry.
